Dawn, a follow up comment and recommendation:

QUOTE: “Major expenses included payment of about $35,000 for the use of the PA Convention Center, $40,000 to Votenet Solutions to run the 6-1 election of delegates, about $30,000 for publicty and advertising on Current TV and MSNBC, miscellaneous expenses like $10,000 on voter and delegate outreach, equipment rental, stage and sound, private security for the event, ID badges, signage, and travel expenses for our invited speakers.”
VALUE:

1. As to the $35,000 expenditure for the use of the PA Convention Center:
• Planned: $35,000 / 787 delegates = $44.47 cost per delegate.
RSVP Projection: $35,000 / 97 delegates = $360.82 cost per delegate.

2. As to the $40,000 Votenet expenditure for running the delegate elections:
• Planned: $40,000 / 787 delegates = $50.83 cost per delegate.
RSVP Projection: $40, 000 / 97 delegates = $412.37 cost per delegate.

Planned ( 1 and 2 above): $95.30 per cost delegate.
RSVP Projection ( 1 and 2 above): $773.19 per cost delegate.

QUOTE: “Since we started raising money in early November, we have raised approximately $150,000.”

3. As to the expected $150,000 expenditure for hosting the CC2.0, etc.:
• Planned: $150,000 / 787 delegates = $190.60 cost per delegate.
RSVP Projection: $150,000 / 97 delegates = $1,546.39 cost per delegate.

I believe and recommed that the Board of Directors should call an emergency meeting immediately to deliberate financial options and yield an immediate solution for funding the critically needed Live Media Streaming and Voting/Polling equipment and services for delegates that cannot attend in person. I believe we have a duty to those non-attending delegates (690+-) to provide Live Media Streaming and Voting/Polling for their full electronic participation at the CC2.0. I believe we have a duty to the people who donated $150,000 to maximize the number of delegates that participate in the Petition for Redress of Grievances. I believe we have a duty to the constituents that voted for delegates and to the 99% to add value at the CC2.0 through full planned participation of the USA congressional districts. I believe we have a duty unto ourselves to ensure full electronic participation by non-attending delegates. We simply cannot ignore this original goal. Dawn, please submit this recommendation to the Board of Directors today.
